LIVING WELL WITH ARTHRITIS

This will be a presentation on treating and living with arthritis. Learn about what arthritis is, why we all get arthritis, and what you can do about it. Best evidence approaches to treating your arthritis will be taught. Paramount Theatre's STG Broadway @ Kent Dance Workshops

FRIDAYS, OCTOBER 11, DECEMBER 13, 20

The Seattle Theatre Group has selected the Kent Senior Activity Center and the Kent Regional Library  to host one of its community dance outreach series entitled STG Broadway @ Kent.  These workshops feature basic dance steps taught by one of STG’s professional dance instructors. In addition to dancing, participants will receive discount codes for STG’s season, including shows like Miss Saigon.  The following classes will occur at the Kent Senior Activity Center.  Please contact the Kent Library to see their scheduled classes and dates.
