Yoga and Relaxation
Students are introduced to the practice of basic yoga principles.
Class structure includes:
- Breath work
Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one; mats will be available for those who need them.
We offer two classes a week, one on Monday's and one on Friday's.
Spring quarter 2020 Monday classes run from March 30 through June 8*.

Spring quarter 2020 Friday classes run from April 3 through June 12*.

Are you looking to learn a new sport, skill or just need to move your body and get in shape? Come try Adaptive Recreation Pickle Ball. All equipment is provided. Just show up ready to learn basic pickle ball skills and rules. Come dressed in workout clothing and good tennis shoes (no jeans please).
