This creative fitness program focuses on:

  • Improving strength
  • Improving balance
  • Improving coordination
  • Improving endurance

Yoga and Relaxation

Students are introduced to the practice of basic yoga principles. Class structure includes meditation, breath work, movement, and stretching. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one; mats will be available for those who need them.

We offer two classes a week, one on Monday's and one on Friday's. Monday's summer Adaptive Yoga classes run from June 24 through August 12. Friday's summer Adaptive Yoga classes run from June 28 through August 16.

 Yoga and Relaxation

Trail Walking

Take a fitness-paced walk near Accesso ShoWare and on the Interurban Trail. Participants must be independent walkers, able to keep a moderate pace. Walking poles will be available for those wishing an additional workout for your core and posture.

Trail walking happens on Thursday's between July 11 and August 15, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
