Don't worry, we'll still take your paper plans, but next time you visit the Permit Center to submit a new application, please consider bringing all of your plans and documents on a USB thumb-drive. For a smooth appointment, we ask that you follow a few submittal requirements for electronic files. Once the permit has been processed, you will receive an email including the fee and instructions how to pay-by-phone. Due to permit volumes, please allow approximately one week for processing. For immediate processing, please visit the permit center.
Permit and inspection fees increase each year with inflation, and are updated on January 1. If you would like a fee estimate, please email a brief description of your project to email@example.com.
