If you are under 18, please download and complete this waiver. Bring it with you to your check-in location.

Dress for inclement weather and wear sturdy shoes or boots (sandals and flip-flops are not allowed). Trash bags will be provided.

For this event, the City of Kent only approves volunteers collecting "typical" litter found along sidewalks, streets, trails and parks. Picking up any items that resemble materials coming from a homeless encampment is strictly prohibited.

The City of Kent makes every reasonable effort to provide a safe, enjoyable experience for all volunteers. However, the work associated with volunteering involves risks of physical injury. By submitting this registration form, (and parent/guardian, if under 18), I assume all risk of injury, damage and harm to myself, and/or the group I represent, arising from these activities. If requested, I can provide proof of insurance on behalf of my group, naming the City of Kent as an additional insured. I authorize any necessary emergency medical treatment that might be required in the event of an accident or injury.

I give permission to have my photo and video taken and used for publicity purposes by the City.
