What we'll do:

Thank you for your interest in the Dive to Revive litter cleanup event at Lake Meridian Park and helping keep our land and waters clean and beautiful.

  • Local scuba divers will be on hand ready to answer questions and remove as much trash as they can from Lake Merdian.
  • Volunteers are needed to clean litter and remove invasive blackberries from the park and surrounding sidewalks. Where will more trash come from - land or sea?!
  • Volunteers are also needed to help sort and spread the diver's collected trash on land into categories like cans, bottles, fishing gear, shoes, sunglasses, golf balls, plastics, and more!

This event will be held rain or shine so dress for the weather.

NOTE:

  • Closed toe shoes are required.
  • Cleaning supplies will be available but are limited.
  • Gloves are recommended.
