Camp WALKAPALA offers your K-6th grader (Fall 2026) a safe, entertaining experience full of friends and fun. Your child will make memories to last a lifetime!
Each day is filled with a variety of activities to keep campers active and engaged all summer long.

Fees include all camp activities, field trips, afternoon snack and one camp t-shirt per summer. The Kent School District offers a free lunch daily or you may send a sack lunch with your child.

Campers will stay active and engaged with games, crafts, physical activities, and plenty of fun with friends and our camp staff.

Space is limited to 24 children so be sure to reserve your spot early—camp always fills up fast!

Spring Break is just around the corner! Make plans for your child to join Kent Parks a week filled with:

Group games
Spring-themed crafts
Memory-making experiences
Field trip over to Kent Station AMC for a kids movie

There is a maximum of 24 spots available so register early, spots always fill up quickly!

Campers must bring a morning snack and a sack lunch. An afternoon snack is provided by Kent Parks.

A $50 non-refundable fee is included in the cost of camp.

Holiday Camp

Our winter-themed Holiday Camp provides your child with a fun way to spend the first week of winter break.

Campers will enjoy a variety of creative crafts and team-building group games throughout the week.

There’s even a pajama themed day and movie!

Be sure to sign up as soon as possible as spots do fill quickly with a maximum of 24 children.
