Move your body and break a sweat at the Kent Commons Community Center! We offer a variety of group fitness classes, including line dancing, aerobics, yoga, and dance programs.  There is something for all fitness levels!

Prefer to go at your own pace? Take advantage of our racquetball, basketball, and pickleball courts, or check out our new-and-improved weight room for a great solo workout. Whatever your style, we’ve got the space and equipment to help you stay active and have fun.

Group Fitness Classes

Get moving with a full-body workout set to great music in our wide variety of fitness classes! Choose from favorites like Line Dancing, Sit N Fit, Chair Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Step & Strength, Yoga, Pilates & Stretch, Seated Line Dancing, and Barre & Balance. Mix and match to burn fat, build endurance, improve flexibility and most importantly, have fun!

Classes are offered Monday through Saturday at a range of convenient times to fit your schedule.
