Kent Parks offers an inclusive day camp for children with disabilities as part of our Camp WALKAPALA day camp program.

WALKAPALA Too is led by Adaptive Recreation Program Coordinator Lara Castillo and space is extremely limited; campers must be entering grades 4-6 in Fall 2026 (currently in grades 3-5).

Camp offers a safe, memorable, and entertaining experience full of friends and fun. Avi pioneer farms

Each day is filled with:

A variety of sports games
Arts and crafts
Songs
Activities to keep campers active and engaged all summer long

Fees include:

All camp activities
Field trip admission fees
Afternoon snack
One camp t-shirt per child for the summer
Kent School District offers a free lunch daily or you may send a sack lunch with your child
All field trips are subject to change

Total camp fees per child, per week:
Week 1 = $150
Week 2 = $200
Weeks 3-7 = $250.

All balances must be paid in full two weeks prior to the start of camp.
$50 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit will hold your
child's spot each week you would like them to attend.
Cancellations/registration withdrawals must be 5-business days in
