Free Summer Sweat Series with the Kent YMCA: Cardio Strength + Yoga Classes

Want to start working towards your fitness goals? Don't wait for opening day! Join our Health and Wellness Director for the Kent YMCA, Madi Johnson, on the second Saturday of every month this summer for free exercise classes at Morrill Meadows Park next to the new Kent Y. Classes will be held outside in the open green space, adjacent to the construction site.

Schedule:
9:00 to 9:45 a.m. Cardio Strength
10:00 to 11:00 a.m. All Levels Yoga (bring your own mat)

All levels are welcome. Free and open to the community.
