Presented by Connie Sidles, Master birder, author and speaker

Using bird skins from Seattle Audubon's collection, Connie explains how birds' feathers evolved and how birds have adapted their feathers to serve many functions besides flight. Learn how to observe local birds in their spiffiest breeding plumage!

Connie will have copies of her award-winning books available for signing and purchase.

This program will be held at Soos Creek Botanical Garden in the Red Barn, adjacent to the parking area.

Soos Creek Botanical Garden and Heritage Center is dedicated to promoting the enjoyment, understanding and conservation of plants and the natural world along with our community’s local history through education, research, and stewardship.
